From HR to Organisational Capability

HR needs to go through a transformation as we move away from “command and control” corporate models born out of the Industrial Revolution.

The shift to a Knowledge economy is a chance for HR to re-imagine itself as “Organisational Capability”. HR has traditionally been framed as an administrative function at best.

Organisational capability takes place at the strategic heart of the Knowledge Organisation. New tools, skills and approaches are needed for success in the business environment of the 21st century.
